Terms of Service

These terms govern the provision of cleaning services by Urbanshine Home Services Pty Ltd (ACN 696 761 430, ABN 97 696 761 430) and are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

1. Services

Urbanshine provides residential cleaning services as agreed in your booking. Services are performed with reasonable care and skill as required by the Australian Consumer Law.

2. Bookings & Cancellations

Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is due on completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the affected area free of charge.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-performing the services or refunding the fee paid. Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Victoria.
